How do I get my files?
Your download is ready right after checkout. We also email you a link, and you can sign in to My library with the email you used at checkout to download again at any time.
What do I get with each product?
Every product page has a What's included list with the page count, sizes, and formats, plus preview pages so you can see what you are buying.
How do I print them?
Open the PDF and print at actual size (100 percent, not fit to page) on standard paper. Use black and white if you want to save ink.
I can't open my file. What do I do?
Sign in to My library with the email you used at checkout and download it again. If it still does not open, tell us through the contact page.
Can I get a refund?
Let us know if there is an issue, but due to the instant download availability we do not offer refunds.
Can I share or resell the files?
Files are for your own family use, or your own classroom for items marked for teachers. Please do not share, resell, or republish them.
